The cost of the redevelopment is estimated at £3 million and the work will be phased over 4 years.
The first phase is installation of a new lift in our old disused lift shaft. The second phase is the ground floor redevelopment and external works. The third phase is window refurbishment throughout the building and the fourth and final phase is the facade scheme.
