The shop will sell a range of studio artists’ work including paintings, prints, cards, photographs, ceramics and jewellery. This will be augmented by artists’ supplies and art works and items relating to specific exhibitions.
Considering how many artists there are working in Brighton there appears to be a real gap in the market for affordable, high quality art produced by local artists. Our intention is to promote this by making clear the connection between the work on sale and the artists in the building who have produced it via demonstrations, masterclasses and links to the workshop programme.
