Our aspiration is to create Brighton’s most flexible exhibition space with a greatly enhanced technical specification and the ability to respond to the needs of different artists and art forms.

This will be aligned to a new artistic rationale that will be developed with our artists this winter. This will help to establish a clear artistic identity which can be communicated to the public and to the art world which in turn will allow us to invite higher profile artists to exhibit and to set up partnerships with other UK and international studio groups to develop a programme of co-commissions.
