JANICE BRITZ
Feltmaker
Janice has been a self-employed feltmaker for the last 5 years. She makes hand-felted fashion accessories: hats, scarves, bags & slippers that sell in a number of exclusive outlets. She enjoys the physical processes of making felt, working with natural fibres and the excitement of the transformation as fibre turns to felt. She continues to explore new techniques to create fascinating colour, form and textural effects. Janice teaches feltmaking at a number of venues.
